6. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Love Retail cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay for redelivery.
7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order includes pre-order or backorder items, these will be dispatched as soon as they become available.

10. Public Holidays & Weekends
Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays — any orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.
