1. Introduction

Welcome to Love-Retails (operated by GMM Digital Marketing Ltd).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Delivery & Returns Policy. We may amend these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Product Information and Availability

We aim to provide full and accurate product details (such as size, colour, type, stock quantity) on our website. However, despite our best efforts, errors or inaccuracies may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, to withdraw any product, or to amend product details or pricing at any time without prior notice (even after you have placed your order).

Please note:

The product colours displayed will depend on your monitor/screen and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
If you order a product that becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. We will give you an estimated delivery date or, if you prefer, allow you to cancel the order and receive a full refund for any sums already paid.
Product prices are correct at the time we enter the details but we reserve the right to amend them without prior notice (though if your order has been confirmed we will inform you if the price change affects your order).
The information provided on our website is for general guidance only. You must read all labels, warnings and directions provided with each product prior to use.
A heightened sensitivity or allergic reaction to a product does not in itself constitute a defect. Free gifts or other goods supplied at no charge (that you did not order) cannot be used as grounds for complaint. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the product or packaging you receive.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Delivery charges will be added at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the accepted payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store card details and process all payments securely via our authorised payment providers.

5. Discount and Promotional Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional or discount codes.
Unless stated otherwise:

Codes apply to product prices only (excluding delivery).
Only one code may be used per order.
Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
Codes are valid for online purchases only and may be withdrawn or cancelled at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to reject any code we reasonably believe has been misused or obtained fraudulently.

6. Your Account

When registering for an account on our website:

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
All communications regarding your orders will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive order confirmations or suspect unauthorised account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or is used fraudulently.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement Email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is only accepted when we email you a Dispatch Confirmation, at which point a binding contract is formed between you and GMM Digital Marketing Ltd (Love-Retails).

We may decline an order if:

The product is unavailable.
There is a pricing or product information error.
Your payment cannot be authorised.

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

8. Delivery

Delivery is complete when the goods are delivered to the address you provide.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, customs) do not entitle you to compensation.
You are responsible for re-arranging delivery with the courier if you miss an attempted delivery.
For international deliveries, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. If you refuse delivery, the cost of shipping, return fees, and customs charges will be deducted from any refund.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

9.1 Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us in writing (email or our contact form) within the 14-day cancellation period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
We will refund you (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

9.2 Returns Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or mis-described:

Underwear
Swimwear
Jewellery
Sealed products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, skincare, or health items)

9.3 Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be:

Unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if goods are returned damaged, used, or in unsaleable condition.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty items, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country.
These charges are your responsibility.
We have no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount.

11. Use of Our Website

You may print or download portions of our site for your personal shopping use only.
You must not:

Modify or reproduce any part of the website for commercial purposes.
Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of Love-Retails or third parties.

All content, including photographs, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright owned by GMM Digital Marketing Ltd or its licensors.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or

Losses not caused by our breach,
Business losses or loss of profits, or
Any indirect or consequential losses.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that any legal action will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
